The Landing Lab will accept items for exchange ONLY within 7 days of purchase and with valid receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition with original tags attached and original wrappings if included. All Final Sale items are ineligible for exchange.
1. How can I initiate an exchange?
Simply bring the items back to the store location OR email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your mailed return. You will receive a store credit for the original amount tendered once we receive the initially purchased items.

2. Will you restock an item that has sold out?
While The Landing Lab works to ensure that pieces are restocked in a timely manner if possible, most lines are temporarily hosted for a season and often not available for restocking.
3. How can my brand become a part of The Landing Lab?

4. Can I host an event at The Landing Lab?
While The Landing is not an event space per se, we do allow for small group gatherings and events in the evenings if they coincide with our mission and ethos.
